The Indiana Hoosiers are off to a 6-0 start after taking down Nebraska 20-17 in Week 6. The Hoosiers haven't looked invincible, but they've made winning plays in the biggest moments to extend their winning streak to 22 games.

Now comes the biggest test of the regular season. Indiana is set to host the Ohio State Buckeyes this coming Saturday in a matchup between the last two reigning National Champions. The highly-anticipated contest will be the hottest ticket in town, and is arguably the biggest game in the history of Memorial Stadium.

The Week 6 AP Top-25 Poll has been released, and the new rankings set the stage for an instant classic this weekend in Bloomington.

Indiana vs Ohio State is officially a Top-5 matchup

The new AP rankings put Ohio State at No. 4 and Indiana at No. 5. The Hoosiers moved up two spots after taking down the Cornhuskers, while the Buckeyes moved up after a 45-16 rout of Maryland.

Both teams were able to move up thanks to No. 1 Texas falling to unranked Oklahoma in the Red River Rivalry. Following the loss, the Longhorns fell all the way down to No. 7. Texas defeated Ohio State 24-23 in Austin earlier this season.

Georgia is the new No. 1 team in the country, followed by No. 2 Notre Dame and No. 3 Miami (FL).

Along with Ohio State at No. 4 and Indiana at No. 5, other Big Ten teams featured in this week's poll include UCLA at No. 12, Iowa at No. 17, USC at No. 19, and Northwestern at No. 25.

The stage is set for a memorable matchup in Bloomington

The Week 7 matchup between the Hoosiers and Buckeyes is one of the most anticipated games of the entire college football season. Ohio State won it all in 2024, Indiana won it all last year, and both programs are firmly in the hunt for another National Championship this season.

The Buckeyes already have a loss, so their sense of urgency will be through the roof. Ryan Day's team is also looking for revenge after losing to Curt Cignetti and company in last year's Big Ten Championship Game.

Cignetti is 1-1 against Ryan Day and Ohio State in his Indiana tenure. Indiana's 38-15 loss to Ohio State in Columbus back in 2024 remains Cignetti's lone regular season Big Ten loss at IU. After taking down Nebraska this past weekend, Cignetti now owns a remarkable 33-2 overall record and a 22-1 record against Big Ten opponents in Bloomington.

Kick-off for this must-see showdown is slated for Noon ET on Saturday. Bloomington is sure to be rocking, and the Hoosiers are hoping to deliver yet another memorable victory in the Cignetti era.
