It sure is fun to have Indiana football quarterback Kurtis Rourke back on the field. Due to a thumb injury suffered not long ago, Rourke had to undergo surgery and he missed the Week 9 showdown against Washington, a game the Hoosiers still won.

Against Michigan State, Rourke was back and goodness, he put on a show. While things got off to a bit of a shaky start for the offense, No. 13 Indiana was able to get back on track pretty quickly, dominating Michigan State for a convincing 47-10 win.

As you might have been able to guess, Rourke looked fantastic. He was throwing the ball with confidence and he was also able to get into a rhythm with his pass-catchers. In the end, the star signal-caller tossed for 263 and four touchdowns. Boom:

This felt like a statement Big Ten win for the Hoosiers. Yes, Michigan State is now 4-5 on the year and they're not a powerhouse by any means. However, traveling to East Lansing and balling out like this sure has people excited. Colt McCoy was on the call on Peacock for this one and he couldn't stop singing the praises of this team.

Can you blame him? The Hoosiers were unstoppable on both sides of the ball. Next up is a meeting with Michigan at home, a game Indiana will be heavy favorites for. Should they take care of business against the Wolverines, the squad will be 10-0 ahead of taking on Ohio State.

The No. 4 Buckeyes tripped to No. 3 Penn State on Saturday and left Happy Valley with a thrilling win. Indiana isn't going to overlook Michigan, but plenty of people can't wait for that meeting with OSU to get here. Fans are feeling confident already for that one, especially with Rourke backing looking like an absolute stud.
