The NCAA transfer portal for the 2025 college basketball season officially opened Monday on March 24, and the Indiana women's basketball program has been hit hard the past week with four transfers including another last evening.

The 6-0 junior averaged 1.7 ppg this season.

The backup and reserve guard 1.7 points per game in 2024-25 this past season and for her career in three seasons with Indiana she only averaged 1.1 points in her career, appearing in 75 total games. She saw the most time her last season in Bloomington, playing an average of 9.9 minutes per game across 29 games.
The Helsinki, Finland native had her best game of her career on Dec, 15th of 2024 against Bellarmine, scoring a career-high 13 points, six rebounds and two assists.
Sandvik is the fourth Hoosier women’s basketball player that has entered the transfer portal. Lexus Bargesser, Julianna LaMendola and Lilly Meister went into the portal on Tuesday.
With the graduation of seniors Sydney Parrish, Chloe Moore McNeil, and Karoline Striplin, only six players currently are left standing from the Indiana Hoosiers14-player roster.
Sandvik will have one season of eligibility remaining in her college career.
