ESPN’s College Gameday snubbed Indiana vs Illinois, as they will not be heading to Bloomington, Indiana this Saturday. Instead they will be headed to Miami, FL for the Hurricanes hosting in-state rival Florida Gators in a SEC versus ACC showdown.

ESPN’s College Gameday officially revealed Sunday morning that that it’ll be heading to Miami for next week’s matchup between Florida and Miami, a storied rivalry with plenty of history. The controversy surrounding Gameday going to Miami isn't because of the Hurricanes as they are a top five and undefeated program who have CFP aspirations it's their opponent the Florida Gators have have lost two games in a row to USF at home and to LSU last weekend by 10, which included their quarterback DJ Lagway throwing five interceptions.

The No. 19 Indiana Hoosiers (3-0) are hosting the No. 9 Illinois Fighting Illini (3-0) at 7:30 p.m. Saturday on NBC under the lights and the storylines are abundant. Two top tier quarterbacks in Fernando Mendoza versus Luke Altmyer, two of the top head coaches in the nation who both aren't afraid to speak their mind in Curt Cignetti and Bret Bielema, not to mention both are having their best seasons in recent memory.

Indiana vs. Illinois is one of three games featuring undefeated ranked opponents in Week 4. No. 20 Utah hosts No. 21 Texas Tech, and No. 13 Oklahoma hosts No. 24 Auburn.

Indiana played three games with College GameDay present last season, but only once in Bloomington.

Indiana hosted Lee Corso and the GameDay crew before their October 26th matchup with Washington, a game Indiana won 31-17.

College GameDay also held on-site shows prior to the Hoosiers' two losses a Nov. 23 defeat at Ohio State and a Dec. 20 loss to Notre Dame in the first round of the College Football Playoff, which could've came in play but there is still no excuse for them to have not gone to Bloomington this time around.

So far this season, the GameDay crew attended Texas at Ohio State in Week 1, Michigan at Oklahoma in Week 2 and Georgia at Tennessee in Week 3.
