Nevaeh Caffey was named the Miss Show-Me Basketball winner for the 2025 season. The honor is given annually by the Missouri Basketball Coaches Association.
The Indiana Hoosier commit led Incarnate Word Academy to the Class 6 state championship in the Missouri State High School Activities Association tournament making that their fourth in a row with Caffey at guard.

Caffey had 10 points and three rebounds in Incarnate Word's 55-41 state championship win. Caffey averaged 16.9 points, 3.4 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 2.2 steals for Incarnate Word, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. She is the No. 2 ranked player in the state of (MO) per Prep Girls Hoops The site also ranks Caffey as the No. 62 overall prospect in the class and the No. 11 ranked point guard in the nation.
The four-star recruit committed to Indiana in March 2024 and signed her Letter Of Intent in November.
Maya Makalusky is the other recruit in the 2025 class signed with Indiana. Maya was named Indiana's Miss Basketball earlier this month as is ranked No. 95 overall in the 2025 recruiting class. Both Maya and Nevaeh could potentially start right away or at least play big time minutes with six IU women players transferring this off-season including Yarden Garzon their leading scorer.
