Former Indiana Hoosier quarterback Kurtis Rourke met with media and personnel in Indianapolis on Friday at the NFL Combine and worked out in front of all 32 teams on Saturday evening.

Rourke fielded a number of questions and concerns about his injuries as he battled post season knee surgery and his in-season thumb injury. He also talked about his four year career at Ohio, growing up i Canada with a NFL/CFL older brother and his 2024 season at Indiana.

A few quotes that stood out were his toughness to play the majority of the season with a torn acl, here's what the Ontatio, Canada native said about that:

"I was healthy enough to play, and that's all that mattered to me," Rourke said. "I wanted to make sure I gave it everything I had this year, especially being my last [college] year."

According to Rourke, he believes his ACL injury happened sometime during fall camp before the season even kicked off.

""They said it was going to be all right, and I was able to walk it off and finish practice," Rourke said. "That's my best guess"
