Recruiting continues to be the name of the game in college football throughout the month of June. Official Visit season is in full swing, and the Indiana Hoosiers hosted several top targets in Bloomington this past weekend.
Indiana's 2027 recruiting class currently holds the No. 30 spot in the Rivals Team Recruiting Rankings, but Curt Cignetti and his staff are looking to land more talent to improve that ranking.
After a busy weekend of Official Visits, Cignetti and company secured their 12th commitment of the 2027 cycle.
Indiana secures commitment from 2027 3-star CB Chris Bradley
On Sunday, 3-star CB Chris Bradley announced his commitment to the Hoosiers. Bradley was in Bloomington for an Official Visit this weekend, and given the quick turnaround before announcing his commitment, it seems that Cignetti and the Hoosiers made a lasting impact.
Bradley's total list of offers exceeded 15 schools, and the Cincinnati native ultimately chose Indiana over finalists consisting of Wisconsin, James Madison, and Temple.

Owning a 5'11" 160-pound frame, Bradley is ranked as the No. 52 overall prospect in Ohio and the No. 119 cornerback in the country according to Rivals. He possesses elite speed, and showed off his strong balls skills by racking up 6 interceptions during his junior season at North College Hill High School.
Bradley's positioning in the national recruiting rankings aren't going to jump off the page, but he could make for a perfect fit in a Cignetti-led program. During his time in Bloomington, Cignetti has proven he can identify and develop under-the-radar talent.

Cignetti is 27-2 over his two seasons with the Hoosiers, and is coming off a perfect 16-0 season that culminated in a historic National Championship. That title-winner roster was full of under-recruited players and didn't feature many blue chip prospects. With that in mind, Bradley seems to have a bright future ahead in Bloomington.
Indiana Football gains first commitment in over a week
Cignetti and the Hoosiers put together a strong month of May on the recruiting trail, but had recently gone a bit cold.
Prior to Bradley's commitment on Sunday, Indiana's last commitment came back on June 3. Since then, the Hoosiers have fallen a bit in the national recruiting rankings while other Big Ten teams moved up. Bradley's commitment helps get IU back on track.
Cignetti and company are far from done when it comes to Indiana's 2027 recruiting class. The Hoosiers are firmly in the mix to land 5-star WR Monshun Sales, who is ranked as the No. 1 overall player in the state of Indiana as well as the No. 1 WR in the country for the 2027 class. Landing a commitment from Sales would undoubtedly be a monster win for Indiana.
Indiana is set to open the new season on Saturday, September 5 with a home matchup against North Texas. With Cignetti leading the way, it's clear that the Hoosiers aren't going anywhere anytime soon.
