Indiana's 2027 recruiting class currently features four players following the recent decommitment of 4-star WR Ja'Hyde Brown. The class now consists of 4-star CB Monsanna Torbert Jr, 3-star QB Jameson Purcell, 3-star S Garyon Hobbs, and 3-star OT Jeremiah Jones.

Looking to add another offensive lineman to the group, Curt Cignetti and the Hoosiers have a big week ahead. Cignetti is working to flip 3-star OL prospect Lual Aleu from Missouri, and he is slated to be on campus in the coming days.
Indiana eyeing flip of Missouri OL commit Lual Aleu
Aleu committed to Eli Drinkwitz and the Tigers earlier this month on March 9, but it's clear that he is still exploring all options in his recruitment.
On Monday, Aleu took to social media to announce that he will be visiting Bloomington this Thursday, March 26. This creates a great opportunity for Cignetti and his staff to add another strong prospect to Indiana's 2027 recruiting class, which is currently ranked No. 24 in the country.

Hailing from Cincinnati, OH, Aleu is a 6'5" 300-pound offensive tackle who is ranked as the No. 13 overall player in the state of Ohio for the 2027 class. Furthermore, he is ranked as the No. 40 offensive lineman in the country according to 247Sports.
Last month, Aleu took a visit to Columbia on March 7 and committed just two days later. Along with a trip to Bloomington upcoming on March 26, the 3-star prospect also plans to visit Louisville on May 29, Missouri again on June 5, and Virginia Tech on June 12.
Aleu has experience playing at both guard and tackle at Winton Woods High School, although he projects as a tackle at the college level. Adding him to IU's 2027 recruiting class would be a solid addition for Cignetti and the Hoosiers. Hoosier fans are hoping that his visit to Bloomington later this week leaves a lasting impression.
