Indiana basketball vs. Miami (OH): Three Redhawks to analyze for Sunday
2. Anderson Mirambeaux – Senior Forward – #45
2022-23 stats: 4 GP, 23.8 MIN, 15.8 PPG, 4.0 REB, 2.5 TOV, 45.8 FG%, 89.5 FT%
In his first game as a Redhawk, Anderson Mirambeaux posted a career-high 27 points and eight rebounds on 9-for-17 (52.9 percent) shooting against Evansville. In his last game against Marshall, Mirambeaux registered 19 points and six rebounds in 22 minutes of action.
Before transferring to Miami (OH), Mirambeaux served as a reserve for Cleveland State and never scored more than six points in any one of his 25 games played in 2021-22. The sophomore played just 5.5 minutes per game and is now a starter playing 23.8 minutes per game.
The 305-pound big man won’t be able to hang and guard Trayce Jackson-Davis on Sunday. Get TJD the ball and clear out. He’s going to get to work against the big man.
