The 2025 NFL Draft is approaching quickly on Thursday, April 24th through Saturday April 26th, 2025 and for the next month schools around the nation are hosting pro days for athletes to showcase their skills to NFL scouts for the chance of making the roster of an NFL team.
In a social media post, Ryan Fowler of The Draft Network reported that the San Fransisco 49ers are inviting Indiana Hoosier linebacker Jacob Mangum-Farrar to their Local Pro Day.

Earlier this month at Indiana's Pro Day, Jacob Mangum-Farrar tested well. The linebacker put 31 reps on the bench press of 225 pounds, measured in at 6 foot 4 and weighed in at 236 pounds. His 40 Yard Dash time was : 4.67 and he had a vertical jump of 36 inches.
Mangum-Farrar a former seventh year senior played in 26 games with 11 starts over five seasons at Stanford (2018-22) he redshirted in 2018 and missed the entire 2020 season due to injury.
He then transferred to Indiana in spring of 2023, starting all 12 games that season under Tom Allen. In 2024, under first year head coach Curt Cignetti he had a reduced role in the new defense playing in 9 games only recording 8 tackles, 1 forced fumble and 1 sack with zero starts.
In his career Farrar had 157 tackles, 11 TFL, 7 pass breakups and 2 forced fumbles across 46 games at Stanford and Indiana.
Mangum-Farrar enters the draft as a late-round developmental prospect who could be available as an un drafted free agent.
