Arguably the biggest game in the history of Memorial Stadium, kick-off between the Indiana Hoosiers and Ohio State Buckeyes is almost here. It's a battle of Top-5 teams, as the Hoosiers are ranked No. 5 in the AP Poll and Ohio State is one spot ahead at No. 4. These two programs own the last two College Football Playoff National Championships, and have built up quite the rivalry over the last two seasons. This should be a tremendous matchup to watch unfold.

The action is set to get going at Noon ET. As the anticipation continues to grow, here is a look at the latest Indiana vs Ohio State betting odds, as well as a score prediction for this huge Week 7 heavyweight clash.

Final Indiana vs Ohio State betting odds in Week 7

Ohio State enters with a record of 5-1. Their lone loss came on the road at then No. 4-ranked Texas by a score of 24-23. The Buckeyes held a 23-3 lead in the 4th quarter, but costly mistakes and missed opportunities led to a shocking collapse. Since then, the Buckeyes are 4-0 with an average margin of victory of 31.2 points.

Despite playing on the road, professional oddsmakers are giving a slight edge to the Buckeyes. As of this publishing, Ohio State is favored by three points over Indiana via DraftKings Sportsbook. The total, or over/under, is listed at 50.5. Here is a closer look at the full betting odds for this highly-anticipated matchup:

Indiana vs Ohio State score prediction

Ohio State's 4th-quarter collapse against Texas was bad. But since then, the Buckeyes have looked borderline unstoppable. They've ran through their first three Big Ten opponents, while Indiana has had serious trouble with both Northwestern and Nebraska. The Hoosiers have shown plenty of vulnerabilties over the past few weeks, and the Buckeyes are more than capable of taking advantage.

Most notably, Indiana's secondary hasn't been what we expected to see this season. Getting AJ Harris back is a big boost, but going up against Julian Sayin and Jeremiah Smith presents a huge challenge. The IU running game was also shockingly bad last week against Nebraska, but the Hoosiers still found a way to win. If the running game can't get going against a much tougher opponent, the Cream and Crimson may not be so fortunate this time around.

It's also worth noting that with the Buckeyes already having a loss, their sense of urgency should be through the roof. Another loss would put their playoff hopes in serious jeopardy. I expect this to be a back-and-forth contest that comes down to the final minutes. Looking to avenge last year's loss in the Big Ten title game, Ohio State wins a close one 31-28.
