Nick Westbrook-Ikhine signs two year deal with Miami Dolphins

The Miami Dolphins have agreed to terms with former Indiana Hoosier and Tennessee Titans wide receiver Nick Westbrook-Ikhine according to a report from NFL Network's Mike Garafolo

Westbrook-Ikhine has signed a two-year, $6.5 million deal with $3.2 million guaranteed sources told NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.

The former Hoosier is coming off a career-high nine receiving touchdowns last season.

The fifth-year receiver led the Titans with nine touchdown receptions, and he set a career high and ranked second on the team with 497 receiving yards on 32 catches (15.5 avg.). He played in all 17 games in 2024, with nine starts, that coming from the official Titans.com

Westbrook-Ikhine should provide a veteran pass catching presence for the Dolphins, alongside superstar Pro Bowl receievers Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle. Mike McDaniel's offense needs another big playmaker down the field and in the red zone a spot where the struggle in the 2024 season.

Undrafted in 2020, Westbrook-Ikhine at Indiana in 2019 he caught 42 passes for 572 yards and five touchdowns, with a 13.6 yards per reception rate.

The 27 year old wide receiver amassed 126 receptions for 1,773 yards and 19 receiving touchdowns in five seaons with the Titans. He instantly will become one of quarterback Tua Tagovailoa's favorite targets in 2025.

The Dolphins also signed quarterback Zach Wilson, safety Ifeatu Melifonwu and offensive guard James Daniels so far this off-season too.
