The 2025 NBA All-Star festivities started last night in the Bay Area and the hometown team, the Golden State Warriors were well represented.
The three Warriors that were in action during the Castrol Rising Stars tournament were: former Indiana Hoosier star forward Trayce Jackson-Davis, Brandin Podziemski, and Pat Spencer.
To start off the night Jackson-Davis faced off against fellow Warrior sophomore Brandin Podziemski in the first game of the night, with both players coming off the bench for their respective teams.
Jackson-Davis, who was drafted to Team C and coached by Warriors legend Chris Mullin did not record a single point, rebound or assist, in game 1 but was a +15 in less than four minutes and drew praise from coach Mullin in the post-game interview.
In game two Jackson-Davis finished with six points on 3-for-4 shooting and two rebounds to go on to advance.

The San Antonio Spurs rookie guard, Stephon Castle won the MVP honors after leaving the game with six points, four rebounds and four assists in the final.
Jackson-Davis will now face Stephen Curry in the second game on Sunday, night with the two-time MVP a part of Team Shaq's OG lineup that also features LeBron James, Kevin Durant, James Harden, Kyrie Irving, Damian Lillard and Boston Celtics duo Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown.
The second-year man out of Indiana was the 57th overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft. The Golden State Warriors forward has started 37 of 49 games this season and is averaging 7.6 points, 5.9 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game.
