The Big Ten Conference announced today that the 2025 Big Ten Football Media Days will be held at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas from July 22-24.
The conference has not yet announced which day Curt Cignetti and Indiana players will meet with the media, but the Big Ten Network will provide full coverage for all three days of press conferences and interviews.
Big Ten Media Days had been held at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis for the past four years after they were previously held in Chicago.
The Big Ten Championship Game will remain at Lucas Oil Stadium the home of the Indianapolis Colts through 2028. The Big Ten finalized a contract with the home of the Indianapolis Colts to host the game for another four years after this season.
Petitti said during a press conference last year that he expects the Big Ten Championship Game to be held at different locations around the country in the future, but felt that keeping the game in Indianapolis through 2028 was “the right thing to do.”
Big Ten commissioner Tony Petitti and SEC commissioner Greg Sankey did recently met in New Orleans on Wednesday to discuss a potential College Football Playoff format change that could be in the works as early as next season.
Indiana Hoosiers football had 11 victories in 2024, that was the most in IU Football history and mark the first double-digit win season for the Hoosiers.
Curt Cignetti now holds the titles for the Home Depot Coach of the Year, Paul “Bear” Bryant Coach of the Year Award, the Hayes-Schembechler Big Ten Coach of the Year and the Dave McClain Coach of the Year from the media that covers the Big Ten.
