On the episode and on social media they listed Indiana wide receiver LeBron Bond as one of the top 25 freshman in the Big Ten Conference to watch this upcoming season, Bond was listed at No. 21 overall.
LeBron Bond a freshman from Maury High School in Norfolk, Virginia a 4-star receiver according toESPN, 247Sports and On3 committed to Indiana football on April 7th.
Bond, caught 47 passes for 1,327 yards and 16 TD, helping Maury HS go 15-0 and win a state title. He expects to be on the second team offense but the 5'9 180 pound wideout will be a speed demon for the Indiana offense and a huge playmaker for Curt Cignetti's offense this season and beyond.
Bond was able to show off his skill set early in the spring with a standout performance in the spring game, going for 26 yards on four catches and a touchdown.
The freshman will behind freshman wide receivers : Elijah Sarratt, Omar Cooper, EJ Williams, Makai Jackson and Jonathan Brady but will likely see time on special teams and as the slot receiver on the second team offense early on.
Indiana's coaching staff, under head coach Curt Cignetti, is clearly focused on building a strong foundation for the future. By bringing in such a diverse and talented group of recruits, and a number of commits from the 2026 recruiting class, the Hoosiers are positioning themselves to be a force in the coming years. with recruits like Bond and Byron Baldwin Jr.
