Indiana has offered a scholarship to class of 2026 guard Prince-Alexander Moody of Bishop McNamara (Maryland) who also plays AAU basketball for Team Takeover (MD).

The 6-foot-4 Moody is listed as a combo guard by 247Sports and is rated the No. 149 player nationally according to the 247Sports Composite. 247Sports also ranks Moody as the 13th best combo guard and the No. 5 overall prospect from the state of Maryland.
Moody attends Bishop McNamara in Maryland and likeΒ Jordan Smith Jr who was just offered Thursday, he plays for Team Takeover on the Nike Elite Youth Basketball League (EYBL) circuit.
The Maryland native also has scholarship offers from Illinois, Maryland, Rhode Island, Michigan State, Villanova, Louisville, Providence, Virginia Tech and several other schools.
New Indiana assistant coach Kenny Johnson has a regional connection to Team Takeover and the 'DMV' area.Β Johnson was recruiting Moody and Smith Jr for Georgetown before he took the Hoosiers job.
Indiana's current roster for next season includes West Virginia transfer and son of head coach Darian DeVriesTucker DeVries, DePaul transfer, Conor Enright, Davidson transfer Reed Bailey, North Florida transfers Josh Harris and Jasai Miles. They also landed transfers Lamar Wilkerson, Tayton Conerway, Jason Drake, Nick Dorn, Sam Alexis, and incoming freshman Trent Sisley.
