Three-star class of 2026 linebacker Ja’Dyn Williams has committed to the Indiana Hoosiers.

The Ohio native made the announcement through a social media post on Tuesday afternoon.

“I’M HOME,” said Williams via X. “Thank you for everyone who has helped me in this process I am truly blessed to be in this position and all the hard work has paid off, #GoHoosiers.”

The 6-foot-2, 200-pound linebacker prospect attends Washington High School in Massillon, Ohio. He ranks No. 1063 nationally, No. 87 amongst linebackers, and is the No. 42 prospect in the state of Ohio, according to 247Sports Composite.

Williams also held offers from Boston College, Akron, Buffalo, Rutgers, Cincinnati, Duke, Kentucky, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, West Virginia, Akron, Bowling Green, Buffalo, Eastern Michigan, James Madison, Kent State, Liberty, Miami (OH), Ohio, Toledo, Western Kentucky, Cornell, and Dartmouth.

In 2024, starting in 10 games Williams had 81 tackles, 12.5 tackles for loss, 5.5 sacks, and two forced fumbles.

Here is what Williams told 247Sports on what stood out about Indiana:

“What stood out for me is definitely the coaching staff and how together they are as a unit,” he said about the visit to Indiana. “The unique stadium setup they have also caught my eye with how everything you need is right there.”
