According to Sam Spiegelman of Rivals and Yahoo Sports Indiana target and four-star quarterback Brodie McWhorter has finalized his top schools listing Indiana, Auburn, Colorado, Wisconsin and Mississippi State as his top five finalist.
McWhorter will reveal his college commitment on May 14 at Cass High School Theatre in Kingston, Georgia.

He had originally set his visit to Bloomington to June 5th-8th but now he will commit to a soon ahead of his visit.
McWhorter is ranked No. 447 nationally, he is the 27th rated quarterback in the 2026 class and 54th overall prospect in the state of Georgia per 247Sports Composite
McWhorter, is the No. 314 overall prospect and No. 23 quarterback in the2026 On3 Industry Ranking.
As a sophomore in 2024, McWhorter threw for 2,128 yards and 20 touchdowns while completing 65% of his pass attempts. He ran for 530 yards on the ground, along with another five touchdowns.
At one point he was committed to Neal Brown and the West Virginia Mountaineers but backed off his pledge during the hiring of Rich Rodriguez.
His brother and teammate Bear McWhorter recently announced his commitment to the University of Michigan. The 6-foot-4, 293-pound offensive lineman was committed to Sam Pittman and the Arkansas Razorbacks, but de-committed in June of 2024.
His relationship with head coach Curt Cignetti, offensive coordinatorMike Shannahan and quarterback Chandler Whitmer will be pivotal over the next few montha in landing McWhorter.
