Indiana men’s basketball has landed Reed Bailey On3sports.com reported Sunday that Bailey has committed to the Hoosiers to play hsi final season of college basketball in 2025-26.
Bailey a native of Harvard, Massachusetts from Brewster Academy has spent his last three seasons of college basketball at Davidson.
The Atlantic 10 Conference’s top scorer in 2024-25, Bailey was named the league’s Most Improved Player and to the A-10 First Team.

The 6-foot-10 and 230-pound power forward averaged 18.8 points, 6.1 rebounds and 3.8 assists while shooting 47.7% from the field and 41.5% behind the arc.
Bailey led the A-10 in free throws attempted (221) and made (170), was second with 201 field goals made and also ranked among the league leaders in field goal percentage (.480, 7th), assists per game (3.8, 9th) and rebounds per game (6.3, 12th) via Daily Hoosier
Bailey officially entered the portal on March 28 selecting Indiana over the likes of Auburn, Texas, Kentucky, Kansas and Minnesota.
Bailey will become the third player to commit to the Hoosiers since new head coach Darian DeVries was named the Hoosiers coach on March 18th. He joins Darian's son Tucker DeVries and Conor Enright as new transfers. The Hoosiers have also retained incoming freshman Trent Sisley on Indiana's roster.
Bailey was ranked the No. 23 overall player in the transfer portal by On3.
