Indiana basketball announced the finalization of their roster with the addition of Bosnian center Andrej Acimovic Monday afternoon.

Averaged 17.5 points and 7.5 rebounds per game in the U19 ABA League, the top league in the Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Slovenia region… during competition in the second Bosnian division, a senior level league, he posted 17.3 points, 7.7 rebounds, 1.2 assists, and 1.1 blocks per game… shot 65.3% from the floor and 39.0% from the 3-point line… member of the U16 and U18 Bosnia and Herzegovina National Team….born on March 15, 2006.

Andrej Acimovic, a Bosnian native is a center, standing at 6' foot 11, 235 pounds. He is the 13th scholarship player added to the Hoosiers during Darian DeVries’ first offseason.
The international prospect is listed as a freshman at 19, years of age and has four years of eligibility remaining.
Acimovic is a member of the U16 and U18 Bosnia and Herzegovina National Team, Acimovic averaged 8.3 points and 5.3 rebounds in four games at the 2024 FIBA U18 EuroBasket Division B.
According to the release, Acimovic also played in the second Bosnian division, a senior-level league, and averaged 17.3 points, 7.7 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.1 blocks per game while shooting 65.3% from the field and 39% from three point range.
