Former Indiana Hoosier signal caller Kurtis Rourke attended the Colts Local Pro Day on Tuesday, just ahead of the NFL Draft which is only a few weeks away.

Rourke did not participate in any drills as he recovers from his ACL surgery he had in January.

It was revealed after the season that Rourke played the majority of the year with a torn ACL, per ESPN

He did share updated news on his injury and healing process this off-season.

“It’s awesome to be here, to be able to showcase everything that I got and to be able to be around other athletes that are pursuing the same dream,” Rourke said. “It’s awesome just to be a part of it, to be able to be coached and be around great minds like they have here at the Colts.”

Rourke, Indiana’s starting quarterback transferred from Ohio, where he spent four season. In 2023, he was named MAC Player of the Year after leading the league with 3,257 passing yards and 25 touchdowns.

In his lone season at Indiana he ended the season having thrown for 3,042 yards, 29 touchdowns and 5 interceptions and leading the Hoosiers to an 11-2 record and CFB Playoff Berth, which was their best season in school history.

He finished ninth in the Heisman Trophy voting, earned a second-team All-Big Ten selection, and was a semifinalist for the Maxwell Award, Walter Camp Award, and Davey O’Brien Award.
