#2. CJ Gunn‘s energy and passion could be a gamechanger for the Hoosiers
Taking away guys like Xavier Johnson and Jordan Geronimo means that somebody has to step up in the energy department for the Hoosiers. I have to say it’s partially a big surprise that freshman guard, CJ Gunn, is the one taking things into his own hands.
From a Sportscenter top-ten putback slam to playing hard in all of his minutes, Gunn showed Coach Woodson that he has earned himself time as a guard off the bench that can provide a real spark.
In a career-high 20 minutes, Gunn registered a career-high 11 points on 5-for-10 shooting and 1-for-4 from beyond the arc, adding in three rebounds, three assists, two steals, and four personal fouls.
