5. Jackson-Davis has career game against Minnesota

Indiana went to Minnesota after another horrible performance on the road at Michigan where they had been blown out. The Hoosiers had only won one road game and that was at Nebraska. The Hoosiers were on the wrong side of the bubble according to Joe Lunardi and desperately needed a road win.

Minnesota had Daniel Oturu who had been a force for the Golden Gophers this year and always played better at the Barn. The Hoosiers, though, had Trayce Jackson-Davis and he came to play.

The Golden Gophers controlled the first half and led by three at the break, but the Hoosiers and Jackson-Davis took control in the second half. Indiana slowly took control in the second half before finally pulling away late to win by 12.

Jackson-Davis had a career day scoring 27 points and grabbing 16 rebounds. He was the most dominant guy on the court and outshined Oturu, who was held to only 11 points on 5-15 shooting. Jackson-Davis had some great games this year but none were as big as this performance that was huge for the Hoosiers and helped them get a big road win.
