Jalen Blackmon

The younger brother of former Indiana shooting guard James Blackmon Jr, Jalen Blackmon is a 6-foot-1 combo guard currently ranked 140th in the country.

Much like his brother, Jalen can really score the ball. He averaged 26.9 points, 3.8 assists, and 1.6 steals per game last season as a sophomore.

While he could stand to improve his efficiency numbers (44 percent from the field), he is still a young player with a long way to go. It’s impressive for a sophomore to average 27 points per game regardless of his efficiency, however.

Every team needs scoring, and Blackmon would certainly be able to bring that skill to the Hoosiers.

Although he has yet to secure an offer from Indiana, it is likely only a matter of time before an offer is extended. So far, Houston is the only high-profile school to offer Blackmon a scholarship.
