Jonathan Taylor (Jr; Wisconsin)

What more is there to say besides Taylor is the reigning Doak Walker Award winner and will enter this season as the pick to win it.

The Wisconsin roster will look a bit different as a couple of offensive lineman move on but also so does their quarterback, Alex Hornibrook, as he transferred to Florida State.

With a new QB under center, it could be a difficult adjustment for Taylor as the defense may be able to take a few more shots with a blitz, attacking a first-year quarterback.

On the flip side however, Taylor could reap the benefits and get fed the ball on almost every play, whether it be in the air or on the ground, making it easy to pad his stats.

Last year he rushed for a nation-leading 2,194 yards on 307 carries and scored 16 touchdowns. He also led the nation in rushing at 168.8 yards per game.

Taylor will not only be the toughest competition for Stevie Scott for the Doak Walker Award, but also for every player when it comes to the Heisman Trophy as well.
