IU Football: Hoosiers offer 3-star CB from Alabama
By Eric Brown
Coming off a strong first recruiting class, Tom Allen continues to hand out offers for the class of 2019.
National Signing Day 2018 has come and gone, and Indiana had a strong (but needing better) recruiting class in Tom Allen’s first full year as head coach of the Hoosiers. The team continues to send out offers to potential recruits that they believe can help the squad down the road in the future. The latest recruit to receive an offer is Jaydon Hill, a Three-Star cornerback out of Alabama.

Indiana is a little late to the offering party as you can see, they are the 12th team to offer the potential stud out of Bob Jones high school in Madison, Alabama.

Now, don’t get me wrong, Indiana needs more five star recruits. However, in terms of his play, Hill should absolutely be a five-star recruit. Not only does Hill have the ability to read a quarterbacks eyes while a play breaks down, he never gives up on any play even if he has been beat, which is very rare.
According to 247 Sports, Jaydon is the 540th ranked player nationally, 48th among all cornerbacks, and 24th in the state of Alabama. Securing a player from down south is never an easy task, especially one from the state where the team who was won the majority of titles in the past decade resides.

Along with the latest offer from the Hoosiers, Hill has received offers from plenty of other top schools. Including, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Duke, and Auburn. If Indiana can secure the services of Hill for the 2019 season, they will be in excellent shape for the 2019.

If Indiana plays their cards right, Jaydon Hill could sign with the Hoosiers next February as part of the 2019 National Signing Day class.
