6-foot-7, 315-pound offensive tackle, Kenton Mondeau from Eau Claire North High School in Eau Claire, Wisconsin has signed to play with the Indiana Hoosiers in a commitment this week.

Mondeau previously had eight scholarship offers, including offers from Central Michigan, Wake Forest, Iowa State, Sacramento State and Air Force. Per 247Sports Composite, he’s the No. 85 ranked offensive tackle in the 2026 class, the No. 1,226 player in the nation and No. 5 recruit out of the state of Wisconsin.

Mondeau previously visited Indiana back in March and the Hoosiers offered him in May.  He’s scheduled to be back in Bloomington for an official visit later this month.

This is what Mondeau told 247Sports back in March about his offer from Indiana:

"What excites me about this offer is the relationship Coach Bostad and I have. It's really great he's been here since the start," Mondeau said. "The whole campus is great, and they are a really good football team."

“That class last year was put together on promises, hopes and vision,” IU coach Curt Cignetti told reporters at a recent boost event. “This class is being put together on something tangible, what we put out there on the field, the publicity and exposure we received.”

Indiana currently has nine total verbal commits in the 2026 class including:

Gabe Hill, Naperville, Illinois, DL (4-star)

Henry Ohlinger Columbus, Ohio) LB/RB (4-star)

Kasmir Hicks, Indianapolis, Indiana CB/WR (3-star)

Jay Timmons , Gibsonia, Pennsylvania, DB (3-star)

Blake Smythe , Franklin, Indiana, DL (3-star)

Sam Simspon , River Falls, Wisconsin, IOL (3-star)

Jacob Savage, Union, Kentucky, LB (3-star)

Trevor Gibbs, Crown Point, Indiana, TE (3-star)
