Mike Woodson's Indiana basketball team is on a down-ward spiral right now after their 94-69 loss to Illinois, in one of the worse losses at Assembly Hall in school history.
But, there is still time to overcome the outside noise and put in work in the middle of Big Ten Conference play. Ahead of their game with Ohio State tomorrow on the road in Columbus, Indiana is looking to get back on track after their last two losses.
Indiana (13-5, 4-3 Big Ten) according to ESPN’s Joe Lunardi has an even 50/50 chance to make the NCAA tournament as of today, 50.6 to be exact.
Lunardi released his updated “Bracketology” post on Wednesday, which has the Hoosiers as one of the first four teams out after their back to back plus 20 point losses.
Indiana’s best wins are South Carolina, ranked No. 66 in KenPom and Providence, which is No. 81.
IU’s five losses – to Louisville, Gonzaga, Iowa, Illinois and Nebraska – have come by an average of 23.5 points.
