In the new AP poll released on Sunday afternoon, the Indiana Hoosiers (6-0) moved up to the No.18 spot in the nation.

The Hoosiers dominated in their 41-24 road victory of the Northwestern Wildcats on Saturday led by senior quarterback Kurtis Rourke who threw for 380 yards and three touchdowns.

Indiana became the first FBS team to achieve bowl eligibility on Saturday.  They are one of just 12 remaining undefeated teams.

The nation's No. 3 scoring offense totaled the 40-point mark for the fifth time this season, putting up over 500 yards of total offense with no turnovers.

Rourke enjoyed his third 300-yard performance in the last four games, while the Hoosiers averaged 4.9 yards per carry on the ground prior to the final drive. Indiana had the 11th-worst offense in 2023, scoring 22.2 points per game prior to hiring head coach Curt Cignetti.

The Hoosiers head into a bye week before a showdown at home against the Nebraska Cornhuskers. IU will also face Washington at home the week after, so we shall find out a lot about the Hooisers in over the next few weeks.
