Power Forward/Center Alan Henderson

Alan Henderson makes this team because we need someone willing to do the dirty work. Henderson will rebound, defend, dive for loose balls, set screens, and do anything to win basketball games. With so much offensive firepower, we need someone that doesn't need the basketball to be effective.

That said, Henderson is eighth all-time in scoring. However, he is also top-five all-time in blocks, steals, and rebounds. Henderson would bring toughness and physicality to this fantasy team. You need someone willing to do the little things for a team to win, and that is Alan Henderson in a nutshell.

Alan Henderson was destined to be a Hoosier. He was a standout high school player at Brebeuf Jesuit in Indianapolis, leading them to an Indiana State Championship appearance. While at Indiana, he led the Hoosiers in rebounding all four years. Though he isn't known as a scorer, his 23.5 points per game is the highest in the Bobby Knight era.

Henderson also won a gold medal in the 1994 Goodwill Games, representing the United States, and was a part of the 1992 Final Four team with Calber Cheaney as a freshman.
