Small Forward Calbert Cheaney

Next to Isaiah Thomas, having Calbert Cheaney on this fantasy team was the biggest no-brainer. Not only is the Evansville native Indiana's all-time leading scorer, but he is also the Big Ten's all-time leading scorer.

Cheaney is the most decorated player in Indiana Hoosier history. He was the Big Ten Player of the year (1993), a three-time All-American, The National Player of the Year (1993), and a three-time All-Big Ten selection.

Cheaney led one of the best four-year runs in school history. The only thing they didn't do during his tenure was win a National Championship. Indiana stayed in the Top Ten in the polls, won two Big Ten Championships (1991 and 1993), made a Final Four, and three Sweet Sixteens.

Cheaney could score from anywhere on the court. He had a smooth jump shot and could get to the basket. Cheaney could get his shot anytime he needed but would defer to his teammates when needed. He is part of this team because of his ability to score and lead a team full of stars.
