Lenee Beaumont = SPREAD YOUR WINGS

At sporadic sections of the 2023-2024 season, we saw serious sights of a young wing primed to break out and take off in the form of Lenee Beaumont. In the season to come, this team is going to need her to continue boosting her confidence levels while simultaneously elevating her game in pretty much all facets.

Lexus Bargesser = LEVEL UP

Were it not for Shay Ciezki's arrival, Bargesser would likely be looking at an ascension into the starting lineup. But regardless of whether she begins games on the court/bench, her coaches and teammates should expect improvement across the board from a player who already does a lot of the little things extremely well and never appears rattled even in the harshest of environments.

Karoline Striplin = BE A BULLY

In the event that any young children read this, let us start by clarifying that bullying is never acceptable under any circumstances...

...Let us rephrase that...

...Bullying is never acceptable under any circumstances... unless your name is Karoline Striplin and you play basketball for the Indiana University Hoosiers.

Faith Wiseman = EASE THE NERVES

Anytime you enter into a new environment, you are going to feel at least a little bit uneasy until you fully acclimate yourself to your new surroundings. When your new environment is a stage as large as the Indiana University basketball program, it would take a superhuman to avoid ANY type of early season jitters as a true freshman.

Faith Wiseman has the tools to make a real difference for this team in her first season at the college level, it just boils down to how quickly she can extinguish any sense of unrest when Teri Moren calls her number.

Lilly Meister = BROADEN YOUR COMFORT ZONE

Simply put, Lilly Meister does what is asked of her whenever she checks into a ball game: makes smart/safe plays, takes extremely high percentage shots, and serves as an overall calming presence in the frontcourt. Looking ahead to her junior season, the only new request should be for her commitment to being confident enough in herself to seize any opportunity to make something happen, even if that means branching out from her standard preference of safety and security.
