Indiana Hoosiers senior quarterback Kurtis Rourke is one of 20 semifinalists named by the Walter Camp Football Foundation for its Player of the Year award, the fourth-oldest college football award in the nation, it was announced today.

Among Big Ten passers, Rourke is
- First in passer rating with 182.7
- Third in completion percentage with 71.8%
- Fourth in passing yards with 2,410
- Third in passing touchdowns thrown with 21
- Second to last in interceptions thrown with 4
Rourke is also the highest-rated passer in the FBS per Pro Football Focus (92.3) and owns the second-best passing efficiency (182.7) in the nation.
The Walter Camp Player of Year will be voted on by the 134 Football Bowl Subdivision head coaches and sports information directors later this month. Three finalists will be announced on Tuesday, November 26, and the 58th recipient of the Walter Camp Player of Year award will be announced on the ESPN College Football Awards Show on Thursday, December 12.
