Indiana Selected in Top Five Schools For Three-Star 2026 Cornerback Kasmir Hicks

One of the best overall players from the 2026 recruiting class from the state of Indiana has listed his top five schools with the Hoosiers making the cut

Indiana Hoosier football has offered three-star Decatur Central (Indiana) cornerback Kasmir Hicks. The 5-11, 170-pound defensive back listed Indiana among his top five schools which also include Louisville, Cincinnati, Vanderbilt, and Missouri.

According to 247Sports, Hicks is rated as the No. 46 CB and No. 4 player in Indiana. On the composite, he is No. 702 nationally. Indiana is his 6th B1G offer.

Hicks plays cornerback primarily and has great skills in the kick return game on special teams. The Indiana native had seven kickoff returns for 334 yards and two scores as a junior according to Max Preps. On the offensive side of the ball at wide receiver he had 54 receptions 945 yards (13 tds). At running back Hicks he totaled 46 carries 479 yards (5 touchdowns).

On defense the playmaker had 32 tackles, 2 forced fumbles, 5 interceptions, 2 touchdowns and 2 pass break ups.

Indiana's 2025 high school recruiting class, is ranked 47th nationally and 14th in the Big Ten by the 247Sports Composite.

The 2026 recruiting class currently has one recruit signed in three star offensive lineman Sam Simpson.
