This season marks the 29th season of the Manning Passing Academy, which brings together some of the brightest and young quarterbacks in all of college football.

The passing academy is run by Peyton Manning, Eli Manning, Cooper Manning and Archie Manning. Each year, the famous family of quarterbacks invites the best college quarterbacks in the country to help them teach youth campers how to elevate their games as a quarterback and as a young man.

Fernando Mendoza is one many names invited to the Manning Academy Passing camp, it's his second season as he was an attendee last season as a sophomore at California.

Mendoza was the third-leading passer in the ACC this season with 3,004 passing yards on 68.7% passing, 18 total touchdowns and 6 interceptions over 11 games in 2024.

Here is what Mendoza had to say about his experience last season.

“So I got footwork advice from Peyton (Manning),” said Fernando Mendoza after attending last year. “Eli (Manning)…talked about film study technique and game week on what he (Eli) would study Monday…Tuesday…Wednesday. Bill Belichick was there and told me a few stories about Tom Brady and Randy Moss and how to motivate your receivers.”

"“It was a great experience and a great confidence booster for myself."
