Indiana is projected to be featured in the Music City Bowl after their season-opening win against Old Dominion.
Brett McMurphy of On3 has released updated bowl projections following week one action, with the Hoosiers appearing on his list. McMurphy has Indiana playing in the heart and home of country music in Nashville, Tennessee. The Music City Bowl projection this postseason has Indiana playing against the Alabama Crimson Tide.
Indiana defeated Old Dominion, 27-14 at Merchants Bank Field at Memorial Stadium in Bloomington, Indiana in a season opening victory.
Indiana takes on Kennesaw State at home next weekend.
Alabama struggled in a stunning loss on the road in Tallahassee, 31-17. The Crimson Tide and Kalen DeBoer take on UL Monroe back at home this Saturday.
Such high expectations make Indiana and the Big Ten race one of the most compelling stories in 2025.
Anything short of a College Football Playoff Berth in 2025 would be a disappointment for the Hoosiers this season. A second straight 'CFP' berth is still in play for the No. 20 Indiana Hoosiers but a Music City Bowl will be in play if there plays is anything like it was this past Saturday against ODU.
