Indiana football and head coach Curt Cignetti recently jumped to No. 7 in the latest Associated Press and US LBM Coaches Poll released earlier this afternoon.

Indiana coming off a bye week, received help from UCLA, as the Bruins won a thriller 42-37 over Penn State on Saturday at the Rose Bowl in one of the biggest upsets of the 2025 college football season.

Penn State entered the preseason polls as the No. 2 ranked team in the nation but now are completely out of the top 25 rankings entirely.

Ohio State remains at No. 1 after a 42-3 victory over Minnesota, and No. 3 Oregon dropped one spot in the poll during its bye week.

Michigan and Illinois each rose five spots in the rankings. The Wolverines are ranked No. 15 after a 24-10 victory over Wisconsin, while the Fighting Illini leaped to No. 17 following their 43-27 win against Purdue.

Indiana (5-0, 2-0 Big Ten) go on the road to take on Oregon (5-0, 2-0 Big Ten) in Eugene at Autzen Stadium on Saturday at 3:30pm E.T on CBS.

The Oregon Ducks are 9.5-point favorites against the Indiana Hoosiers on FanDuel Sportsbook. The moneyline for Oregon is -350, and the point total is set at 53.5.
