2027 quarterback Teddy Jarrard from North Cobb Christian School in Kennesaw, Georgia has been offered by Indiana Hoosiers football as reported by 247Sports.

The 6-foot-3, 190-pound peach state native and signal-caller recently took a visit to Bloomington and has a growing relationship with quarterback coach and offensive assistant Chandler Whitmer.

"That’s one thing I wanted to see," Jarrard said about Whitmer on the practice field. "I thought he worked with his guys in a way that helped them learn and get better."

Jarrard had a stellar season in 2024 as a sophomore, throwing for 2,647 yards,34 touchdowns while completing 72% of his passes and five interceptions for North Cobb Christian. Jarrard will spending his next two years at a new school in the same city as he transferred to North Cobb this off-season.

He also holds offers from Illinois, Georgia Tech, Alabama, Georgia, Wisconsin, Auburn, Boston College, Duke, Miami, Syracuse, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, Charlotte, Georgia Southern, Georgia State, USF, UNLV, and Bethune-Cookman.

Indiana currently has no recruits signed to the 2027 class.

Here is a scouting report from QB Hit list on Jarrard:

TEDDY JARRARD: Excellent size for a 2027 Pro Style QB at 6'3" 200 lbs. He stands tall in the pocket with a high release point. A rhythmic passer who works methodically as he tears apart a defense with throws made of sharp precision. His throws are on point, in-line with his receivers. His QB Hitlist score is currently 92 out of 100 and he still has two years of high school remaining.
