Indiana College Football Playoff and National Championship odds

The College Football Playoff Selection Committee’s final rankings were set Sunday at noon and the bracket is officially set as No.10 Indiana travels to take on Notre Dame in their first round matchup.

It’s the first ever College Football Playoff game held at a home campus stadium as the Hoosiers will go to a hostile environment and historic venue at Notre Dame Stadium on December 20th, the expanded 12 team College Football Playoff.

Indiana as of now has the 8th best odds to win the 2024-25 National Championship, always ready to play the underdog role head coach Curt Cignetti talked about IU's playoffs chances.

"The odds of us making the College Football Playoff … were pretty darn low," Cignetti said. "The odds of us winning the next four [playoff] games are probably significantly higher than they were making the playoffs in the first place. So we've climbed that mountain."
