Iowa transfer and shooting guard Josh Dix entered the portal after Fran McCaffery was fired earlier this month, as Iowa failed to make the NCAA tournament.
According to Jeff Rabjohns of 247Sports Dix will visit Indiana on March 31st, Monday and could decide as soon as this week on his next school.

Dix has been contacted by Indiana, Kansas, Illinois and Creighton, he also left the door open to return to Iowa.
In 2024-25, Josh Dix was one of the most accurate 3-pointer shooters in the Big Ten. He averaged 14.4 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 2.8 assists on a 50.7%/42.2%/76.6% slash line. The Council Bluffs, Iowa native connected on a career-high 2.0 threes per game.
In the year prior in 2023-24 Dix was named honorable mention All-Big Ten, along with being named the team’s Most Improved Award and Best Defensive Player for Iowa as well.
In his three seasons at Iowa, Dix played in 97 career games for the Hawkeye's averaging 8.5 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 22.2 minutes per game.
The 6-foot-6 guard was the No. 162 player nationally out of Abe Lincoln high school in Iowa, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings
Dix has one year of eligibility remaining.
