Levy is a family of restaurateurs, delivering dining at its best wherever there are: restaurants, arenas, stadiums, tracks, convention centers & events.

Levy who is the food, beverage and hospitality team behind serving fans across all of Indiana’s athletic venues has presented a special item for tomorrow matchup against Illinois.

Indiana football fans can get a taste of a savory and memorable snack during tomorrow’s primetime matchup against Illinois and throughout the remainder of this season - the IU Trident Pretzel.

Starting with the 2025-26 athletic seasons, Levy created elevated game day hospitality experiences across Memorial Stadium and Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall all on-campus athletic venues. The Hoosier faithful should expect special pop-ups and activations, refreshed concessions, new on-the-go markets for increased speed and convenience, and upscale menus and presentations in premium clubs and suites.  Levy will also collaborate with Indiana athletics to create the fan experience at the university's new multi-sport arena under development.

"We are pleased to introduce Levy as our new concessions provider to Spartan fans," said Indiana Vice President and Director of Athletics Scott Dolson. "Our team has been hard at work with Levy to provide elevated concessions offerings that include both new options and traditional favorites beginning this Fall. The goal for this partnership is to provide those items to fans in a convenient, expedited fashion that will help deliver an improved game day experience.""From the most historic athletic programs to pinnacle championship events, we are so fortunate to be able to make an amazing impact in college sports," said Andy Lansing, CEO of Levy. "Indiana is an iconic institution, and we look forward to bringing the Hoosier faithful together around experiences that celebrate great food, beverage and tradition."

Indiana has won each of its last 11 home games.

The No. 9 Illinois Fighting Illini and the No. 19 Indiana Hoosiers meet in week 4 college football action from Memorial Stadium on Saturday at 7:30 on NBC.
