The 6’0 175 blue chip wide receiver Mike Shanahan offensive coordinator and wide receiver coach who offered him back in April have a close relationship but it seems as IU is on the outside looking in but are trying to make a push for Burroughs.
Burroughs is ranked No. 38 overall and No. 6 at his position nationally according to the247Sports composite
247Sports’ Andrew Ivins also provided the following extended scouting report:
“Also runs track. Member of a 4×100 team that captured a gold medal at FHSAA 2A meet freshman season. Also qualified for regionals in the 100-meter dash after posting a personal-best 11.08 (1.1) at districts. Owns a 6-0.75 effort in the high jump, as well.”
The On3 industry ranking has him at No. 61 overall and No. 9 at the WR position. On3’s recruiting predictor also have the Florida Gators with a 38.6% chance of landing him, followed by Florida State (20.5%) and Wisconsin (17.6%).
