7 foot center Fridrik Leo Curtis from Iceland who attends Cambridge Arts, Technology and Science Academy in Braintree, Massachusetts has committed to Bobby Hurley and the Arizona State Sun Devils he told SunDevilSource.com.
Curtis also told the Arizona State 247Sports site he selected the Sun Devils because of the relationships he built, and because “they have a modern style where their bigs do everything, shoot, attack and play fast.”
Leo Curtis quickly became a highly sought-after recruit after arriving in the U.S. this past September.

Curtis chose Arizona State over Indiana, West Virginia, Alabama, Creighton, Stanford and UCF.
Curtis is the No. 70 overall recruit in the 2025 cycle, according to On3. He’s also the No. 10 center in the 2025 class.
Last season, Curtis showcased his talent with IR Reykjavik in Iceland, where he posted impressive averages of 15.4 points, 8.9 rebounds, and 1.7 blocks per game while shooting an efficient 42.2% from three-point range over 31 games. He also represented his country on the international stage, competing with Iceland’s U20 national team this past summer and contributing 5.4 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 1.1 blocks per game, that coming from New England Recruiting Report
Indiana currently only has one player currently in their 2025 class, Indiana native and Montverde Academy (FL) 6-foot-7 forward Trent Sisley.
Indiana will be losing Oumar Ballo, Trey Galloway, Luke Goode, Anthony Leal, Langdon Hatton and Dallas James due to graduation.
