The NBA season kicked off last night for four NBA team and all 30 teams will kick off this week.
As of Tuesday aka "Opening Night", here are the former Indiana players on opening week rosters ahead of the 2025-26 NBA season:

Here are the names to know for this upcoming 2025-26 season:
OG Anunoby – New York Knicks, 28 years old, 8 years of experience.
Anunoby has played in 492 NBA games and he’s averaging 12.9 points and 4.4 rebounds per game for his career.
Anunoby averaged 6.8 points per game, 3.5 rebounds and 1.5 steals in 44 starts at Indiana in two seasons. OG was injury plagued for most of his career but still managed to get drafted in the 1st round of the 2017 NBA draft by the Toronto Raptors No. 23 overall.
Thomas Bryant – Cleveland Cavaliers, 28 years old, 8 years of experience.
Bryant has played in 333 NBA games and he’s averaging 8.9 points and 5.1 rebounds per contest for his career.
Bryant was a Third Team All-Big Ten selection as a sophomore before entering the NBA Draft, he was selected by the Los Angeles Lakers in the second round. Bryant averaged 12.6 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 1.5 blocks per game in his two years at Indiana.
Eric Gordon – Philadelphia 76ers, 36 years old, 17 years of experience.
Gordon has played in 925 NBA games and he’s averaging 15.3 points for his career. He’s 17th all-time in NBA history with 2,084 career 3-pointers.
In his only season at Indiana, Gordon averaged 20.9 points (which lead the Big Ten), 3.3 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game, and shot 43.3 percent from the field, 33.7 percent from the three and 83.4 percent at the free throw line. He earned Big Ten Freshman of the Year, first team Big Ten honors and was named third-team All-American.
Trayce Jackson-Davis – Golden State Warriors, 25 years old, 2 years of experience.
Jackson-Davis has played in 130 career games and he’s averaging 7.3 points and 5.0 rebounds for his career.
Jackson-Davis averaged 20.9 points per game in 2021-2022 and 17.9 points per game in 2022-2023. Those were the two seasons the Hoosiers made the NCAA Tournament under Mike Woodson.
Kel’el Ware – Miami Heat, 21 years old, 1 year of experience.
As a rookie last year for Miami, Ware played in 64 games and averaged 9.3 points and 7.4 rebounds.
Ware spent one season at Indiana under former head coach Mike Woodson, where he averaged 15.9 points per game, 9.9 rebounds, 1.9 blocks, and a recorded a field goal percentage of 58.6%.
NBA players who are on two-way contracts and or in the G-League are:
- Tamar Bates – Denver Nuggets, 22 years old, rookie (finished college career at Missouri) Miller Kopp – Cleveland Cavaliers, 26 years old, rookie
