In 33 games at Drexel last season, Drake averaged 11.1 points, three rebounds and 3.1 assists in 26.2 minutes per game. He also shot 39.6 percent on 3s on 101 attempts and 86.5 percent from the free-throw line on 74 attempts.
Outside of Indiana, Jason Drake also drew interest and had offers from St. John’s, Pittsburgh, St. Joseph’s, Temple, UCF, Duquesne, Indiana State, Dayton, Youngstown State, New Mexico State, UCSB, South Florida and Western Kentucky According to the Portal Report

This is Drake's fourth school in five seasons as he also spent time at Butler Community College in Kansas from 2023-24, at Cleveland State (2022-23) and Drexel (2024-25).
In 31 starts at Butler CC he he averaged 9.6 points, 3.7 assists and 3.4 rebounds per game and shot 47 percent from the field and 42 percent from the point range.
As a freshman at Cleveland State, he averaged 1.6 points in 5.6 minutes per game.
The Oak Park, Michigan, native attended Ferndale High School and was ranked No. 272 overall in the 2022 class, 32nd amongst combo guards and No. 2 in the state of Michigan overall per 247 Sports Composite
The 6-foot-2 guard Drake has two years of eligibility remaining, because of his time spent at the JUCO level which now doesn't count against yearly status.
Drake is the seventh transfer portal addition this off-season for the Darian DeVries and Indiana, joining Tucker DeVries, Conor Enright, Reed Bailey, Lamar Wilkerson, Jasai Miles and Tayton Conerway.
