Chris Paul's Team CP3 is headlined by the No.1 player in the state of North Carolina who landed offer from Indiana

Indiana men's basketball has offered class of 2026 four-star 6-foot-8 small forward Cole Cloer, as he announced on Tuesday on social media.

Coler attends Caldwell Academy in Greensboro, North Carolina and also plays for Team CP3 on the Nike EYBL circuit, founded by future NBA Hall of Famer Chris Paul.

At Caldwell Academy, he averaged 18.9 points with 7.2 rebounds and 3.8 assists as a high school junior.  He shot 40.7% from three while leading his team to a 2024 state championship in North Carolina.

On the EYBL Circuit, Cloer is averaging 14.4 points, 2.3 assists, and 4.7 rebounds per game. He shoots g 49.4 percent from the field including 35.7 percent from three point range.

“Cole Cloer stands in the 6-6 range, a scorer,” On3 National Recruiting Analyst Jamie Shaw wrote on Cloer. “Cloer is a solid straight line athlete with solid length, and a developing wing handle. Is at his best when his game is consolidated, getting to his spots within one or two dribbles. His balance is inconsistent when shooting from three which leads to inconsistent resulted.

Cloer holds offers from schools such as Alabama, Iowa, Oklahoma State, UConn, Miami (FL), South Carolina, Mississippi State, Ohio State, Georgetown, Louisville, Providence, Virginia, Wake Forest, Villanova, Tennessee, North Carolina, Illinois, and North Carolina State.

He is currently ranked as the No. 33 player nationally in the 2026 class , 13th best small forward and No. 1 player overall from the state of North Carolina according to the 247Sports Composite rankings and is considered a four-star prospect.
