The college football season is almost here with only six weeks we are on a clear path to the season finally starting after a long wait.
Long-time ESPN analyst David Pollack and former Georgia All-American, NFL linebacker David Pollack previewed the upcoming 2025 college football season on his latest podcast "See Ball Get Ball with David Pollack."
After the Indiana Hoosiers historic 2024 season under Curt Cignetti, IU went 11-2 making the college football playoffs. It was the best season in Hoosiers football history in Cignetti's first season and there only two losses came to Notre Dame and Ohio State.
Pollack spoke on where he sees Indiana and the state of College Football as a whole coming into the season.
“Indiana, to me, feels like the next team. I could debate you, but there are a lot of things about that Indiana team that are really, really good, and I feel like the staying power, I don’t think they’re going anywhere.”

The Hoosiers will kick off their season against Old Dominion at 2:30 p.m. ET on Aug. 30.
The only Big Ten teams ahead of Indiana for Pollack are the usual suspects in Ohio State, Michigan and Penn State, he has the Hoosiers fourth neck and neck with Illinois just missing the CFB Playoff.
