Indiana football has offered a scholarship to elite 2027 offensive lineman Kellen Wymer from Liberty Center, Ohio.
The 6-foot-5, 265-pound offensive tackle received offers from Ohio State, Vanderbilt, Northwestern, Michigan State, and Indiana earlier this month. Toledo was his first offer in the spring, along with Bowling Green, Miami (OH), Wisconsin, Kent State, Norte Dame and Western Michigan.
Wymer has been a standout on the camp circuit at Northwestern, Michigan State, Indiana, and Ohio State this summer.

Growing up in a small town, football has always been a big part of Wymer’s life. His dad, coaches, and teammates have all fostered his love for the sport. “I love the physicality, and I love the brotherhood that it brings with it. It’s like a whole family. They got your back. You got theirs,” Wymer told Cleveland.com
Overall Wymer and his father were impressed by the IU football program and what offensive line coach Bob Bostad have done in Bloomington so far.
"I think last year they really established their dominance," Wymer said about the IU program. "It showed they are a top team."
The class of 2027 prospect is still unranked by 247Sports, but that will change in a big way soon. The 2027 class has zero commits but the 2026 class is looking to be one of the best in Hoosier football history.
