Three-star class of 2025 quarterback Jacob Bell announced he will commit to the Indiana Hoosiers football program after flipping from his Ball State commitment.
The Naperville (IL) native received an offer from Indiana on Tuesday after Tayven Jackson entered the portal earlier in the week.
“Seeing Coach Cignetti flip around a long awaited dynasty and make them a College Football Playoff contender in his first year lets me know that they have a bright future and it’s something that looks fun to be a part of,” Bell told On3.
Bell completed 63 percent of his passes for 3,082 yards with 38 touchdowns and seven interceptions. He also rushed for 142 yards and four touchdowns in his senior campaign. Bell is ranked as the No. 44 overall prospect in the state of Illinois and the number 96 quarterback in the country according to the 247Sports rankings.
Bell had offers from Indiana, Duke, Iowa, Illinois, Arkansas State, Ball State, Bowling Green, Eastern Michigan, Kent State, Marshall, Ohio and Western Michigan.
