#1. Jalen Hood-Schifino is HIM

To be quite honest, I have not seen a player, let alone a freshman, in an Indiana basketball uniform, make jaw-dropping plays like we’ve seen from Jalen Hood-Schifino this season.

Prior to Saturday’s game, Hood-Schifino had 18 total points and zero made three-pointers in his last three games combined, shooting 8-for-29 from the field in those games.

On Saturday against Ohio State, Hood-Schifino registered 11 of the first 13 points for Indiana and 20 of the 46 first-half points for the Hoosiers. Hood-Schifino made five of his first six three-point attempts and was on fire from everywhere on the floor. While he didn’t do much in the second half due to adjustments by the Buckeyes, his impact on the game was clear.

Jalen Hood-Schifino is HIM. For those of you that don’t know what “HIM” means, check out the Urban Dictionary definition HERE.
